Today I found out that sweet Riley has crossed the Rainbow Bridge. John and I were lucky enough to spend a few hours (on the HOTTEST day of August last year) to photograph Riley and her brother Boris Bodie. Needless to say, we are extremely sad to hear the news. We may only get to spend a few hours with our “clients” but, the time we spend with them is wonderful! May you Rest in Peace, sweet girl.
I’m sorry for your sadness and the loss of this lovely girl. It doesn’t take long for these dog to worm their way into our hearts.
I volunteer for a rescue group that receives yearly updates on our dogs and when one of them passes, without ever having actually met some of them, I feel the loss.
They are simply remarkable.
